The Broker — What It Is
TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.
His background is relevant. It means the leadership has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. But preferable to a random name you cannot trace.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys did the opposite. Interesting choice.
The instrument list: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For something this new, that range is solid.
Platforms
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from a single account. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both matters. Use whichever you prefer.
MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. Many people prefer it once they try it.
FIX API is there for bots but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView is said to be on the roadmap. That will round things out when it lands.
Accounts and Pricing
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. No minimum deposit. Good for beginners.
Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade does not.
VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Ignore this one unless you move real size.
Execution Speed
The execution is where Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. The average platform operate at hundreds of milliseconds.
Should you care? If you scalp, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. The point is they invested in proper execution. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Combine those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.
Safety
Here is the thing that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No investor compensation scheme. If that is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not invest in tier-1 data centre access. This does not guarantee anything. It should inform your assessment.
The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it is your call.
The Bonus
Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical sign-up bonus. You deposit, the broker add bonus funds. The normal fine print: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Check the terms before you commit.
